DelayOwed doesn't set any cookies, and doesn't use analytics, advertising or social media trackers. That's why there's no cookie banner.

What we store in your browser

The checker and letter pack keep your flight details and the details you type in your browser tab's session storage, so the pack page can build your letters and you don't lose them if you reload. Session storage is not a cookie, is never sent to us, and is deleted when you close the tab. It is strictly necessary for the service you ask for, so it doesn't need consent.

Stripe

When you choose to pay, you go to Stripe's payment page at checkout.stripe.com. Stripe sets its own cookies there to process the payment securely and prevent fraud. Those cookies belong to Stripe, not to delayowed.com, and are covered by Stripe's cookie policy.

Google Fonts

The site's font loads from Google Fonts. Google doesn't set cookies for these font requests, but it does receive your IP address. See our privacy policy.

Changes

If we ever add cookies that need your consent, such as analytics, we'll ask first with a banner and update this page.
